I can 'Download from radio' when connected to an IC-W32A. I can save the image file successfully. However when I try to export the file, I observe two problems. A) Only export to CHIRP format is available; the CSV export target is absent. Is this by design? B) I am presented with an error dialog with this message "There was an error during export: Field %s is not mutable on this memory.". This occurs after I have been presented with the SaveAs dialog and just after pressing OK on the Column Selection dialog. BTW, I get expected behavior on Chirp v0.1.11 on Win7. Expected behavior is: A) I have both export formats: CHIRP and CSV. B) The image data is exported without an error dialog. This occurs which ever 'side' is the MAIN side and irregardless of the LOCK setting. I'm running WinXP SP3. I started Chirpw.exe from the unpacked ZIP file. [chirp_users] Fedora Linux RPMs for chirp-daily_06292011 Available

All, Linux Fedora RPMs for the latest chirp-daily build are now available in the KK7DS Ham-Apps yum repository. To add the repository as a software source, please follow these instructions: http://www.d-rats.com/component/content/article/30-d-rats-yum-repository/ I know it says d-rats, the chirp files are in the same repository ;-) After setting up the repository, open the "Add/Remove Software" tool and go to "software sources" under the system menu. Make sure the "KK7DS Ham Apps Beta Software" line is checked (enabled). For some reason, the Fedora package manager likes the beta versions better that the daily builds, so you may not see the daily release in the list the first time you update. If you don't see it, open a terminal window and enter: yum update chirp-daily_06292011 Or, If you are running Fedora fc13 or earlier, enter: yum update chirp-daily_06292011-1.fc13 That should install the latest daily build. Hey guys, I am using a Yaesu VX-7R with this and I want to thank the developers for this awesome program! FINALLY I am able to program my rig from Linux. :-) I do have a question though. I want to setup my HT for working AO-72 which will require some splits.
