[chirp_users] Quick Question
Will CHIRP have the ability to program the somewhat new Baofeng UV-3R HT?
The reason I ask is that the software that you download is not all that great. I use it for my ICOM IC92AD and love it. So I am hoping to find out that CHIRP will be able to program this made in CHINA.
Thank You James

James,
I assume that the downloaded software you're referring to is that which comes from Baefeng. Chirp's had the ability to program the UV-3R for a long time, at least since July when I bought my UV-3R and started using Chirp.
Thanks,

Ron,
Thanks. Yes, I was referring to the software from Baefeng. Not a very good way to program. But now that I know I can use Chip I am one happy camper. You made my day...
Thanks Again James
