Thanks. Yes, I was referring to the software from Baefeng. Not a very good
way to program. But now that I know I can use Chip I am one happy camper. You
made my day...
I assume that the downloaded
software you're referring to is that which comes from Baefeng. Chirp's had the
ability to program the UV-3R for a long time, at least since July when I bought
my UV-3R and started using Chirp.
