Will CHIRP have the ability to program the somewhat new Baofeng UV-3R HT?
The reason I ask is that the software that you download is not all that
great. I use it for my ICOM IC92AD and love it. So I am hoping to find out that
CHIRP will be able to program this made in CHINA.
