[chirp_users] CSV import is broken
I use chirp-0.1.12 Win32 version. But i can't import CSV file saved by CHIRP.
Example.csv:
Location;Name;Frequency;Duplex;Offset;Tone;rToneFreq;cToneFreq;DtcsCode;DtcsPolarity;Mode;TStep;Skip;Bank;Bank Index;URCALL;RPT1CALL;RPT2CALL 1;;433.075000;;0.000000;;88.5;88.5;023;NN;NFM;5.00;;;-1;;;; 2;;433.100000;;0.000000;;88.5;88.5;023;NN;NFM;5.00;;;-1;;;;
I've opened the CSV file, but got empty Generic CSV. Or i've created empty "document" and imported the CSV file, but got empty (only zero line) Import From File dialog.
P.S. I don't want to register on the bug tracker for leaving the issue.

The formatting is incorrect. You're using semicolons instead of commas.
Ok, I've replaced semicolons by commas and the program has started work. But the program saves (exports) the data with semicolons instead of commas (from Baofeng UV-3R).

Eh? There was some code a while back to make that happen on certain European locales.. I didn't think that was still there, though. If you could file a bug on the website, I'll take a look.
Thanks!
Sorry for my Engrish. I have meant that the program works *correctly* with commas instead of semicolons. But the program exports the data incorrectly. I file the log (debug.log, screens, CSV-files) on my server - http://admins.rapid.khv.ru/debug.zip I don't want to *register* on the bug tracker for leaving the issue, but i am lazy. Or could you make an anonymous access to the bug tracker on the website?

Right, that's what I thought. Must be that .eu code still in there.

Okay, I created it for you:

Been there and done that. The spam was just out of control, so now you have to create an account first. Sorry.
It doesn't need an apology. That's okay. Thank for creating the issue.
