I notice that the program saves "debug.log" in the program directory (default in "Program Files\CHIRP"). But Windows Seven UAC forbids saving of user (runtime) data in the Program Files tree. Win7 UAC advices to save user data in %APPDATA% or %LOCALAPPDATA% directories (ex. "C:\Users[username]\AppData" + "Roaming" or "Local" + "[program name]"). Could author change the path of saving user data?
