Hello,
New to the Amateur Radio hobby, as well as the CHIRP software, and I apologize in advance as I must be missing a step in the programming of my radio.
I have my Frequencies ready, and Banks individually names to match, though my CHIRP interface is missing the Banks tab to be able to apply my frequencies to each configured Bank as needed.
Additionally, I do see within the Info tab, on the Features page that the has_bank and has_bank_index options are set to False. Could this be related to the absence of the Banks tab?
Thank you in advance for any guidance available!

Yeah, this driver doesn't implement the bank functionality, which is why has_bank is false (and thus no banks tab). Most of the chinese radios I'm familiar (which is not many) with don't have banks in the "usual" sense and thus aren't really expected to implement that functionality. If this one does, feel free to open a feature request, but only a developer with the radio (and desire) will be able to do that work.

You simply program them into the appropriate channel range. They will then be stored in the radio in their corresponding banks.
Bank 1: 1-100 Bank 2: 101-200 Bank 3: 201-300 ... Bank 10: 901-1000
Thank you Dan and Jim for the response on this matter.
I apologize, as I took Jim's response as more of a stopgap while the FR was to be provided, as opposed to the notion where the radio functions in one way over the other.
Thank you again for your responses and assistance!
