I can't even make sense of the question. Can you get a bit more specific? Perhaps the model Baofeng, the version of chirp and the meaning of "but it says I can save certain ones?"

Tell us:

What operating system you are using. Windows XP, 7, 8, or 10, Mac, or Linux (Distribution).

What Baofeng model you are using.

What manufacturer of USB cable you are using.

What CHIRP version are you running?

Give us the full text of the error you are receiving and what you did immediately before receiving the error.
