I can't even make sense of the question. Can you get a bit more specific? Perhaps the model Baofeng, the version of chirp and the meaning of "but it says I can save certain ones?"

I’m trying to program frequencies using my Baofeng, but it says I can save certain ones.

 

Anybody have a solution?
