I reported the same problem a few weeks ago with a new Baofeng UV-5R I purchased.
Having successfully programmed many prior UV-5R's, I was surprised when I could not program the newest UV-5R I purchased.
"After further review" . . . I discovered that this newer UV-5R is a little different than the prior verions I was successful with. The new version simply refuses to respond to the CHIRP programming.
After some back-and-forth with CHIRP . . . trying to program it to work around the same errors that you are reporting . . . I was advised that a solution could not be found.
I will be watching to see if you have better luck.

Got problems when try to program one off my Baofeng UV-5R.

Using the daily file from 20150416.
Using Baofeng software the radio works.
The other UV-5R works fine both with Chirp and Baofeng software
When programing Wouxun KG-UVD8 it seems like some parameters don´t transfers to the radio.
