Download from your radio.
Save
Treat the resultant display as a spreadsheet. You can copy/cut/paste/insert row/delete row/move row up or down/do same with multiple rows to your heart's content.
Do not leave and empty cells in an otherwise used row.
Save under a different name.
Upload to radio.

I can program my radio manually without chirp, but if I have my radio connected to my pc with chirp open, then why not add frequencies there?
