My radio is a Baofeng F8HP.
I want to be able to edit the list in chirp and add frequencies manually before i send the list to my radio. I can program my radio manually without chirp, but if I have my radio connected to my pc with chirp open, then why not add frequencies there?

You don't say what radio you are working with. Most dual band radios share one set of memories for both uhf and vhf.  A good place to start is www.miklor.com.

Also, I want to program for both 2M and 70 cm. How can I put both on? It appears to only let me program one band.
