And I'm using a modified cable with PL2303 chip. The cable has three different ends, 3.5mm 3 conductor with 4 conductor adapter, 8P8C modular, and 6 pin mini DIN wired all together and works perfectly. Prior I had only serial DB9 cables for the Yaesu radios. ________________________________ From: "Hamilton, William" <w.hamilton@TechSmith.com> To: "chirp_users@intrepid.danplanet.com <mailto:chirp_users@intrepid.danplanet.com>" <chirp_users@intrepid.danplanet.com <mailto:chirp_users@intrepid.danplanet.com>> Sent: Monday, February 3, 2014 9:03 AM Subject: [chirp_users] FT-60 Upload "Bad Cable" Issue I am able to upload to my FT-60 (Windows & RT cable) if I first download and then immediately upload my image. If I attempt to only upload, I get the same error message. _______________________________________________ chirp_users mailing list chirp_users@intrepid.danplanet.com <mailto:chirp_users@intrepid.danplanet.com> http://intrepid.danplanet.com/mailman/listinfo/chirp_users
