[chirp_devel] ft-857 power level oddness
As I enter new frequencies (US, FM repeaters, ft-857 driver) into empty memories I notice some channels get marked with a power level of 'Hi' and some do not. (I didn't detect any pattern.)
Saving the image and reloading it chirp makes those power level indications go away. Editing the memory without touching the power level also makes the 'Hi' indication go away. I suspect Hi and default are the same thing on the radio, but are different values inside the chirp editor. I mention it because it is slightly surprising behavior.
The power level is just not saved into channels, ft8x7 only have power settings per band (you can find them in settings). The power level field is not considered by the driver.
