In chirp/bandplan_na.py, 145.200 - 14.500 are designed as "FM Repeater outputs".

However, that range and the correspending input range are designated as FM Narrow in that file. Is that correct? I didn't see a mention of it on http://www.arrl.org/band-plan which is cited as the source in the file.
