A patch to the icf.py driver library; adding support for download checksum calculation and compare. This patch has been tested for a raw-mode (IC-2730) radio only. Nothing can go worng.

Okay, sorry it took me a while. I tested this with an ID-880H and it seems okay in both directions. So, I've applied this and we'll look for any fallout.
