I previously used CHIRP on my Windows 8.1 machine with my Baofeng UV-82. I uninstalled it for awhile.

I recently reloaded the chirp-daily-20140921-installer-exe from the web site on my hard drive.

I am unable to get the application to open with the latest install.

Are there any suggestions for getting the program to open.
