There is a setting that is out of range. Looking at the debug.log file should shed some light on which setting it is.

One quick fix might be to RESET the radio (download from the radio and save your current channels and settings first). After the RESET, download from the radio and see if the Settings tab is now longer empty. If that took care of the problem, then load the file you saved earlier into a second tab so you can copy-and-paste the memories over to the "good" tab.

If the RESET doesn't clear up the issue, you can email you CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file to me and I can take a look at it (and possibly fix the invalid value).
