well I have sent 3 emails to be removed off the list and I still continue to get them am I doing something wrong

I’m using the BaoFeng FTDI Programming cable. A USB to serial port appears when I plug it in.

When I try to download the radio’s memory, I get the error “Radio did not respond”. Chirp seems to run fine.

Could anyone tell me of any procedure I’ve missed or has experience using OS X Yosemite with Baofeng HT’s?
