Hi, It may help to know the radio, but I always go to the end of the list and select USB. If this does not help, you might include the operating system and radio and model. HTH. It would help to know the brand and model of radio you are trying to program and the operating system (Windows, Linux, MacOS X, etc.) being used on the computer running CHIRP.
