[chirp_users] Chirp will not start with UV-5R

When I try to start Chirp, it says "Error reporting is enabled, if you wish to disable this feature you may do so in the Help menu" and then it ends.
I can connect to my radio with the ordinary software.

Sounds like this known bug: http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/272
Chirp is completely UTF-8 compatible, so we're not sure what is causing this :-(
