I have downloaded the lasts build but after install on Windows 11 pro. The chirp window maximizes but never appears on the screen. Task manager also confirms that it is running.
Are there any other reported issues like this?
Thanks

Same issue as always,
Chirp is opening but I cannot see the window. Cannot figure out what's causing the issue. Lost as to why.

Like Jim, it works fine for me as well and I have heard no other such complaints. We really can't provide any useful help by just guessing about what your problem might be.
Please file a bug, and attach your debug log:
https://www.chirpmyradio.com/projects/chirp/wiki/How_to_report_issues#Gettin...
That will tell us if it's something chirp-related or not. If not, you probably need to check other things on your system. Nothing has changed in the CHIRP UI in recent months that could cause anything like this, so it's much more likely that there's something else on your system causing you trouble (or the system itself).
So please, file a bug, attach the debug log and we'll take a look. Do not send it here.

It's on a second monitor that is not switched on or your OS has sent it to another machine?

We figured it out. There was an issue in the configuration.
Thanks!

We figured it out, but I think it was basically this. CHIRP attempts to restore the on-screen position of the window and the config had stored a location that was no longer on his screen (either due to a resolution size change or extra monitor or something). He nuked the config which brought it back into the default position. I've got a fix queued to maybe try to mitigate some instances of this (although it's a bit tricky to do universally).
