I looked at the release notes for the latest build and saw the new model ticket number (11775) for the H777H_FRS shows an SKU of A9104J for the FRS version. The SKU for the radios I am trying to connect is A9294C. Is this a different H777 model that also needs support developed?

The H777H radios and the H777 (series) are different radios based on how they initiate cloning. I don't know anything about the A9294C, but I would suspect that it is either not supported yet or you are choosing the wrong model. The Supported Radio Models list shows...
Retevis * H777 * H777 (FRS) (use Retevis H777 Plus) * H777 Plus * H777H_FRS * H777H_PMR * H777S
If none of these choices work, then open a ticket and in addition to providing the debug log and other information that is requested, include as much information about the model as you can provide, (link to the listing that you bought it from, link to the factory software that works, etc).

Is a loaner needed for this to be developed? If so, I can try to get one from Retevis but need to know who to send it to.

Not to start out. You should start out by opening a new ticket like I mentioned in my previous reply. Create an error using H777H_FRS selection and include the debug.log file. Then repeat for the H777H_PMR selection. And don't forget to include a link to the factory software. It works, right? With any luck this info will be enough to discover what is different and the appropriate support to be added.
