Changes for Build #374 [Joseph.P.Scanlan@n7xsd.us] [IC-7000] Add support for channel banks fixes #551 It's possible this patch breaks memory delete on the Icom IC-746 or IC-7200. It's also possible the patch fixes memory delete. This patch was only tested on an IC-7000.
