I am trying to clone my new Baofeng UV-5R V2+ and my programming cable is up to date and I just so happened to download the newest version of chirp today and now I can download or upload anything from or to my radio. Even from my old radio it won't do either. It worked about a week ago. Now it won't do anything. Please help... Thanks.
