Add new radio and best latest version chirp for Win 7
Hi . I only use Win7, what is the latest version of CHIRP for Win7? I have a radio HYT TC446S. How to add a radio to my chirp my chirp legacy-20221217
Sorry, but - (1) Legacy is no longer being updated. (2) CHIRP - Next requires Win 10 or 11 and a 64 bit processor (3) No HYT radios are on the CHIRP - Next supported radios list. You can request it be added but unless you upgrade your OS to run CHIRP - Next it would be to no avail.

1 .Ok. Is there a hyt radio available in the latest version for linux? 2 .Can't the installation be simplified for Linux? I know that the current method causes a lot of problems. I personally had one like that too. 3 . Can't it be done so that the update doesn't involve removing the old version. Just. easy update.
