hello out there i have windows 8 and i wont chrip to work in windows 8 i downloaded chrip all good untill i open the window that says down load from radio and it opens and you see your radios but when i do it i see nothing at all
That sounds like a driver problem, not a CHIRP problem. Tell us what radio and cable you're using and we might be able to help.

What type of radio are you trying to program? Are you getting any error messages?
