[chirp_users] KG-UV6D

I see on the Chirp website that this radio is supported, "In Daily Builds". Does that mean it's ready and will work? I don't want to do something that will freeze up the radio. Your patience please. Milt. N6MG

Milt,
You should have no problems if you install the most current "daily build" of Chirp.
Looking at my emails, I believe this link will get you that build if you haven't already downloaded it: http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/daily-20120724

The KG-UV6D driver has been used hundreds of time by users and no bugs have raised up, you can use it safely.
