Okay, just posted b11 if you want to give that a shot.

Confirmed and b11 is good to go from my perspective.

For the final version, I'll disable the csvdump build target and we can be free of it for good :D

OK, you might want to consider whether or not the install script should remove csvdump from any existing installations, so that it doesn't remain in the installed directory.
