I just recently purchased a Baofeng UV-5RTP with Firmware Version BFP3-25. If I understand the instructions correctly on the danplanet website, then I should select the Baofeng BF-F8HP model in Chirp to program the UV-5RTP. Am I correct?

According to the Chirp website, the Baofeng UV-5RTP is listed under the Baofeng BF-F8HP for programming compatibility.
