[chirp_users] Yaesu FT-7100

      I hauled out my FT-7100 and thought I'd give CHIRP a try for  
programming it since it's no in the list of supported radios.
Everything went smoothly until I tried to connect to the radio.  I'm  
using a Tripp-Lite USB to Serial adapter and my Win10 machine shows in  
on port 10.
When trying to upload a newly edited copy of an old .eep file, I  
eventually receive a message that says it can't connect to the radio.
Looking for troubleshooting ideas.
