[chirp_users] Pofung bf-f8hp
Looking for when the pofung bf-f8hp Is to work with the chirp? I am not able to get it working with the windows 8 via chirp. From what I understand its the exact same radio as the UV 5 R just more power?
The latest daily build works on my BF8HP and my Win 8.

You need to select the be-f8hp radio not the uv5r, then upload a new image. It works perfect.

The latest Daily Build has worked with CHIRP for a the past couple months. When you Download to Create your initial template, select Baofeng and Model BF-F8HP (not UV5R) The firmwares are not compatible.
You cannot load a UV5R data file to the F8HP. Treat it as a separate radio.
