Ok I wrote back the original but no change. The two issues I have is not be able to Change voice to off only English, Narrow or Wide always stays on narrow. Have tried both types of reset with no change in these to functions. Looking for any suggestions

Hopefully you saved an unedited copy of the original download. Just upload that back into the radio and it should be back like it was originally.
