I just posted 0.1.8b1 with preliminary support for the IC-U82. This may work with the V82 as well, but I don't have one to test with. All of the non-D-STAR functions should be supported.

Hopefully we have some IC-U82 (and V82 for that matter) users here that can report back for us :)
