Does that mean something good like CHIRP has been given a block of time?
Or something bad like Blocking spam?
Is a trial version available for K3?

It means "blocked until I have a K3 to develop against". So far, no volunteers for a loan :)
I do have a KX3 now, which I hear is similar. When things wind down for the summer, I'll get started on a driver for it, which may work for the K3 as well.
