[chirp_users] supported radio differences between windows & linux versions

      Hello
I'm using chirp-daily-20200909 on both windows and linux (mint w/ ppa if
that matters) and on the linux version I can find the Retevis RT95 (nor the
anytone 778) in the "import from radio" menu.
Is there something to enable/edit/ on the linux side? Wrong build on the
ppa builder?
