[chirp_users] Btech UV-25X4

      I know it is something I'm doing wrong but I can't get the Btech UV-25X4 to
program.  I can read the radio, update the templete and upload to the radio
but it doesn't overwrite the display so my new channels only show up in
position 4 on the display.  The default channels remain in position 1-3.
If someone has experience with this radio, please contact me offline or
share a working file that I can compare.
