[chirp_users] chirp on the raspberry pi
well i guess there is always someone in the crowd,i have to ask what application does chirp do on the raspberry pi thank you Leonard
I can run my Raspberry-Pi in the truck from the USB port and change my HT where ever I am at. I have been trying to make more uses for the Raspberry-Pi with Ham radio. I already have it running Xastir and the GPS and a round board packet program I am working the bugs out of.

Chirp runs on the Raspberry Pi. You can run the daily builds by downloading the .tar.gz file, unpacking it, then cd into the source directory and type ./chirpw
You can do the same with d-rats.
If you're running Pidora Linux on your Pi I have an rpm repository you can get chirp and d-rats RPMs from: http://n0so.net/fileadmin/ham/apps/rpm/fedora/20/
