[chirp_users] New chirp-next build
Greetings,
A new build of CHIRP-next is available. This includes changes made directly to the tree since yesterday and may include additional features, bug fixes, etc. Unless you have a reason not to, we recommend using the latest build of CHIRP-next at all times.
You can get it from here:
http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_next/
A list of changes since the last build are here:

Nice. Will definitely check out the latest Chirp-Next.
Does Chirp-Next have plans to allow a column to be clicked on and then the contents of the column are automatically sorted sequentially. I.e, click on the column of frequencies for channels and it gets sorted lowest to highest, click it again and it gets sorted highest to lowest, etc? This is basically one if the reasons I stick with mainly classic chirp for now.
Thanks!

No. But CHIRP-next already has this functionality for sorting frequencies. Just highlight the group of frequencies that you want to sort and then right-click one of the highlighted memory rows. Then choose "Sort x memories" which will give you the choice between ascending or descending order.

I just realized today that the "NEXT" builds will NOT work on my Win 8.1 laptop ! It may have been stated and I missed the notification. When I downloaded a " next", I lost CHIRP and the ability to work with my Radiooddity GA-105 HT for a whole hour while I searched for and found the "LEGACY} download. LIVE AND LEARN huh? Vic
