Hi all, I've a TH-9800 to spare for a couple months; I've read the rules aboiut submitting a rig for test, and I'm ready to send mine off and get Chirp amended to program TH-9800's. I have the programming cable, software and original box, etc. Where do0 I send It? Terry de wd4aon@gmail.com
