[chirp_users] Updating Chirp on Ubuntu 23.10
I have Ubuntu 23.10, and I tried updating Chirp to the latest edition using the information on the wiki, but was met with the following error:
error: externally-managed-environment
What is the process for successfully updating Chirp on my system?
Reinstall using the pip command.

You need to set a virtual environment or you could try installing chirp with pipx.
