[chirp_users] uv-82L cannot connect using Aug 19th build
Hi
Really I cannot connect with stable either, Status msg is "rdio did not respond". Any ideas? Just got the radio.
For the 82 use the daily build.

The odds are that it is....
1. the cable not fully plugged into the radio.

2. the installed driver for the USB-to-serial chip in your programming cable is incompatible with this chip.
