[chirp_users] Chirp using Vista Business
Please read carefully and you will see that I am not having radio problems I am having software problems.
I was trying to use CHIRP with Windows Vista Business. I already have UV-5 and UV-82 loaded and they work, but when I try to run Chirp I get the following:
C:\Program Files\CHIRP\chirpw.exe
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more details.
I am using chirp-daily-20150702-installer and the cable driver I am using is Win_Driver_Prolific_3.2.0.0 and it works fine on Windows 7 and 10
