[chirp_users] Retevis 22 programming question

      Hi !
I am an amateur radio programmer (meaning I have been nominated by my
office to program 30 radios).
I have 10 Retevis 22s who have successfully downloaded the frequencies from
a VX261. I have another 10 Retevis 22s that will come back as some sort of
program.
Any idea what is making it do that when I go to clone the frequencies?
