If I could find a Chirp user I'd probably have this problem solved in an instant.

We're full-time travellers in Australia. I've been keeping an eye out for any Amateur operators. I found one but he wasn't familiar with Chirp or the radio.
I can programme the radio manually but it's frustrating not having Chirp communicate with the radio.
