[chirp_users] CHIRP 0.1.10b6
Hi all,
I just posted 0.1.10b6 with the following changes:
- Fix import/export from CSV to the IC9x - Fix transposed URCALL/RPT2CALL setting on IC9x - Added ability to get/set D-STAR callsigns in id880
I have two questions that I really would like answered:
1. Are there any id880 users out there that can help test the new driver?
2. Are people actively using CHIRP? I know that there are a couple of people who are, but I'm starting to wonder if I should not spend time on further development. If you use it and want it to keep moving forward, please speak up so I know you're out there.
Thanks!
If I spoke any louder I'd be shouting!!

<-- Here, here... I use it Dan and have also been recommending it to new 2820 owners as an open source alternative to the s/w that one is expected to pay for (as if spending $750 - $800 US on a radio is not enough to qualify for a freebie s/w package ... like Kenwood offers!).
Keep up the good work.... we are out here and listening / using!
Ramesh.
Yes, I am... I don't use it so much, but I've use it with IC92D and IC2820. Tomorrow I hope to use it with RP2C and UHF module.
I have no IC80, ID880 and ID1 to make tests.

Yea, I use it, need to download the latest and greatest, a netbook with Ubuntu and Chirp on it makes a fine control box for a Ic92D, look!! no virus or other uglies, just nice fast Linux...
I use it and I like it!!! Kudos to you Dan for developing this great software tool!!!
