I am sure this has been covered a million times BUT

I cannot get Chirp to run on my HP6540 laptop running 32 bit Win 10. Acts as if a permission problem, maybe?

but the the tiny circle of death and then nothing.

works on both my desktops (one Win 7 and one Win10)

any help would be appreciated
