[Jim Unroe rock.unroe@gmail.com] [UV-5X3] Fix Out-of-Range Settings
The factory neglected to set 2 settings with valid values in the production radios which caused CHIRP to fail with an out-of-range condition.
This patch adds bounds checking so that if these settings have out-of-range values, they are set to the same default values as the pre-production radios.
Bug #3995

We have had to copy and paste to Office Excel, (Windows, of course).

You guys are going about printing this the hard way. The easiest and convenient way to print your chirp data is when you are done uploading it to the radio. Go to FILE then EXPORT to a CSV file. Open it up in excel software of your choice where you can add full descriptions of your frequencies etc. and miniplate it to your taste. Works great. No having to copy from one and paste to another program.
