Okay folks,

Hopefully this is the final beta of 0.1.10. A couple of fixes and additions:

- Fix pathing issue that prevents us from running on Windows Vista and 7 - Fix ic9x connection - Add basic Yaesu VX-8R support - Add per-radio name filtering so that the UI properly reflects what it is going to write into the radio (such as 8-char uppercase on ID-880)

If I don't hear anything soon, I'll call this final and post it. If you can break it, speak now! :)
