Do you already know how to program Dstar parameters into your radios? If you do know Dstar already, all the fields follow the same naming convention so it's just a matter of connecting the radio to the computer, downloading an image of the radio's memories, adding more memories, and uploading the new settings.

If you don't know Dstar settings, I can get you some URLs that are very helpful to learn from.
